PAST PERFORMANCE
Ashley Farms, Inc. is a multifaceted company providing frozen food items
to a variety of businesses for the past 25 years.
Our main business is a fundraising supply company. Our largest customer
is Encore Fundraising, Inc. in Atlanta, GA. We do packing and fulfillment
for their schools throughout the southeast United States. We individually
pack every school/institution and arrange the logistics to approximately
400 facilities in Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, Texas, Alabama and
New Mexico.
On a more local level, we sell directly to schools/institutions in New York,
New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Maryland.
We individually pack each student’s order, provide incentives, do
motivational presentations, computer tally and deliver to over 1000
schools/institutions throughout the northeast.
We are the leading provider of frozen food to the fundraising industry.
We also have sold our products on QVC, as well as providing products to
corporate caterers, country clubs, and retail establishments.
With the QVC presentation (appeared six times), we were required to
fulfill every customer’s order within 48 hours of the airing. Inventory,
packaging, and dry ice must all be in place and ready to go for
approximately 2500 individual orders.
Within our warehouse facility, we have freezer capabilities for 9 trailer
loads of product in addition to non-frozen space for more than double
that amount.
With most of our product being manufactured locally, our average turn-around time is five to ten working days.
